Booking Policy:
Bookings made by email must be confirmed within 24 hours otherwise we cannot guarantee to hold the room(s) for you.
In order to confirm a reservation, you must send us a deposit.
Deposit:
One night stays: a deposit of half the total cost is required.
All other stays: a deposit equal to one night's B&B is required.
We can accept your deposit by MasterCard or Visa (please give us your credit card details by fax, phone or via the secure form). A 5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
Alternatively, send a UK cheque (payable to Mrs Hilda Massie) to the address above.
Confirmation of your booking will then be sent to you by e-mail or letter.

Cancellation & Curtailment:
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your arrival, we can only refund your deposit if we are able to re-let the room(s).
In the event of curtailment of your stay after your arrival, we are entitled to compensation up to 75% of the booking value if it cannot be re-let. This may be done via your credit card.
In cases of cancellation or curtailment, we would appreciate as much notice as possible in order to try to re-let the room.
We advise you to take out travel insurance as soon as you start to book your holiday, so that you are covered for all deposits and bookings you have made.
Arrival:
Check-in time is normally between 5pm and 6pm.
If you wish to arrive earlier, please ask.
